Pilates in the Clouds” is a curated wellness experience designed to bring together movement, mindfulness, connection and pleasure. I found the perfect place aligned with a focus on the importance of wellness and community -Golden Bar Whiskey on gorgeous Treasure Island in the historic former Pan Am Airport. Beautifully decorated in an Art Deco 40's -inspired style. We'll do Pilates
and then move to a fun, Whiskey Making and Tasting class!Let's celebrate and move together!

ENJOY Curated snacks a selection of Khloud Protein snacks to enjoy, Pilates Body by Anne surprises and prizes. Because wellness isn’t about choosing between discipline and pleasure. It’s all about balance.

Sunday, October 18 from 1-3PM ...Let's experience San Francisco's true beauty in the clouds from the treasured island viewpoint at Treasure Island. We'll drive through the clouds looking at the Bay bridge, SF and Golden gate bridge a 360 degree view. This time we'll Pilates play inside the historic Pan Am Airport with beautiful picture window views on Treasure Island by @ Golden Bar, a magical 1940's-inspired, Art Deco bar. After our class we'll be treated to a cocktail making and tasting experience ! - We'll move our bodies with intention, focus on core development and realign with restorative breathe 45 Minutes. - We'll celebrate and connect with a delicious Whiskey tasting and have some fun all along the way. Note: BYOM (Bring your own mat) we know everyone has their favorite! Bring a full water bottle and small towel. If you feel inspired - wear gold or a flapper-inspired item(s).
